110-volt power and standard house air allow this bander to move easily from workstation to workstation, leaving the smallest possible footprint in your facility.


CE banders use 100% recyclable LLDPE banding material that can be co-mingled with existing stretch film recycling programs.


Our SB-25 uses a multi-stage stacker to collect from an up-stream operation such as a card affixing table or binding machine until either a predetermined count is reached or a sort signal is received from the up-stream equipment. From there, products are dropped in the push position and indexed into the banding position. The pusher is driven by a high speed stepper motor.

Card Sorting / Gift Cards

This system was engineered to count, stack, and auto-band cards as small as 3" x 3" and up to 8.5" x 11" in 4" bundles at rates up to 25 bundles per minute. By accepting a single product stream or shingled product stream, our stacker can seamlessly integrate with most card lines. This system also has an automatic roll changer, providing maximum uptime.
